Cat-Cow Stretch: Get on all fours and alternate between arching your back and rounding it, moving slowly and smoothly.

Downward Dog: Start on all fours, then lift your hips up and back to form an inverted V shape. Keep your arms and legs straight.

Warrior I: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then step one foot back and raise both arms above your head. Bend the front knee and look up at your hands.

Warrior II: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then step one foot back and raise both arms out to the side. Keep your front knee bent and look over your front hand.

Triangle Pose: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then step one foot back and reach both arms out to the side. Bend at your waist and reach one hand down to your ankle or the floor.

Chair Pose: Stand with your feet hip-width apart, then bend your knees and lower your hips down as if you were sitting in a chair. Reach your arms up overhead.

Child’s Pose: Start on all fours, then sit back on your heels and reach your arms forward. Keep your head down and relax your entire body.

Cobra Pose: Lie on your stomach with your hands under your shoulders, then press into your hands to lift your chest off the ground. Keep your elbows close to your body.

Happy Baby Pose: Lie on your back, then grab the outside of each foot and bring your knees towards your armpits. Rock back and forth to massage your lower back.

Savasana: Lie on your back with your arms and legs relaxed, and simply focus on breathing and letting go of any tension in your body.
