✨ INGREDIENTS✨
layer 1:
🌱 1.5 cups almond flour
🌱 1/8 cup coconut oil (melted)
🌱 1/4 cup maple syrup
caramel layer:
🌱 1/3 cup hazelnut butter (or nut/ seed butter of your choice)
🌱 1/6 cup maple syrup
🌱 2- 3 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
Topping:
🌱 Melted chocolate
✨ INSTRUCTIONS✨
🌱 Combine almond flour and maple syrup then add cooled melted coconut oil and mix to form dough (u can use processor as well). Bake at 350F for 15-20 min or until edges slightly golden then cool off
🌱 In a small pan combine caramel layer ingredients and bring it to boil. Lower the heat to low boil and let it bubble for 6-7 min. Pour onto the first layer and let is set in the fridge for 1h or so
🌱 Melt your chocolate of choice with a bit of coconut oil (I suggest clean chocolate made of cacao, cacao butter and coconut sugar) and pour over then let it set in the fridge
